Digital Transformation Portal

Mind Over Machines is developing a Digital Transformation Portal that will enable enterprise level businesses and organizations to reimagine and accelerate how they move forward in their pursuit of digital transformation. Based around the Center of Excellence (CoE) model, it works to synthesize the three critical aspects of any successful CoE program – people, process, and technology – and provides one place to view and manage all three of them.

Imagine a single destination for managing enterprise business processes, a digital concierge providing both proactive strategic advisory and reporting as well as on-demand self-service access to all types of tactical resources, tools, metrics and content.

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Self-assess and then monitor progress along the enterprise’s digital maturity path
  • Gather automation ideas from across the enterprise then inventory, define and assess business processes for automation transformation as well as defining potential BI metrics around each
  • Prioritize business processes for automation adoption then manage them from development through to post deployment monitoring
  • Utilize a governance feature to help control the quality of the people and materials being contributed into the Portal to ensure a high-level of alignment to the overall organizational goals as well as consistency of implementation and deployment as maturity scales up
  • Access valuable, curated process automation education and training content
  • View a wide array of metrics as data is collected and presented in several ways (e.g. dashboards, reports, etc.) for analysis and informative purposes throughout the enterprise. Think real time status and monitoring of in progress projects, monitoring of active automated processes, utilization of Portal and Support activities, a set of proactive recommended actions based on maturity stage, etc.
  • The ability to contribute to and grow an organizational library of high-quality content and people that are aligned to the overall enterprise goals (e.g. lessons learned are documented and stored as best practices evolve over time and shared through the Portal for others to access and harness).

The Digital Transformation Portal is designed to drive innovation and improvement, to create an organizational structure that encourages the different members to measure, experiment, and push each other forward. All the while building momentum while helping to develop consistency and efficiency of automated business process and other digital deployments and improvements. By promoting more transparency and more shared results, the Digital Transformation Portal will be a powerful and efficient tool for an organization to align around overall business goals while still measuring individual department success and metrics. The Digital Transformation Portal, with all the components properly implanted, will create new and innovative business propositions, opening new horizons for the organization, both in terms of next-gen technology as well as newer markets.

Help us by answering a few questions about the above concept:

Your Contact info in case we want to follow up and ask additional questions/clarifications (optional):

Does the Digital Transformation Portal sound like a resource you would leverage/utilize for your Company/Organization?

Would this be a resource you could see using over a long period of time (e.g. 12+ months) as you continue to evolve/mature your digital transformation of business processes?

Do you see having an experienced IT Partner like Mind Over Machines able to participate in the Portal with you providing support and strategic guidance as an asset/benefit?

Would you see them being involved through this over the lifecycle of the maturity roadmap you are on or would you expect them to drop off after a period of time? Would you see yourself utilizing this type of a resource internally without a Mind Over Machines being involved?

Would you have any concerns with the Portal monitoring and collecting basic data points (e.g. timing, start/stop, errors/exceptions, etc.) around your business processes and user activity (e.g. time spent, logins, etc.) within the Portal itself? If so, could you elaborate on those concerns. Note, the data generated would be available to you for your use as you see fit.

Would logging into this Portal separately, outside of your other regular systems be a deterrent from using this type of resource?
